We’re Here to Help You Settle In
Check-In: Arrive anytime after 3:00 PM. Your private compound will be ready and waiting, with gate codes and entry instructions provided upon booking.
Check-Out: Please depart by 11:00 AM. Our housekeeping team arrives at 11:15 AM to prepare the villa for the next guests.
Minimum Rental Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Children Welcome: Guests of all ages are welcome, from infants to teenagers. The property is designed with families in mind, featuring bunk rooms, pool toys, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
We want your stay to be as carefree as possible. Here’s what helps keep Casa Corona running smoothly for all our guests:
Gatherings & Events
Family reunions, birthday celebrations, and intimate weddings are welcome here (up to 30 guests). We just ask that you contact us in advance for approval so we can ensure the property is prepared for your special occasion.
Smoking
Casa Corona is a smoke-free property, indoors and out.
Pets
As much as we love our furry friends, we’re unable to accommodate pets at this time.
Check-Out Checklist
Before you go, please help us by:
- Gathering used towels in one spot
- Removing personal items and leftover food or drinks
- Turning off lights and locking all doors
- Leaving the gate remote and golf cart key on the kitchen island
- Ensuring both the front door and entry gate are securely locked
Taking Care of the Space
Casa Corona has been thoughtfully designed and furnished to offer you a luxury experience in Playa Grande. We trust our guests to treat the property with the same care we do.
You’ll be responsible for any damage that occurs during your stay. A government-issued photo ID and credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges.
Extra Guests
Additional charges may apply for extra guests beyond the standard occupancy. Rates vary based on group size—just reach out and we’ll walk you through the details.
Special Requests
We’re happy to accommodate special requests when possible, though availability isn’t guaranteed, and some may incur additional fees. Let us know what you’re dreaming up, and we’ll do our best.
Safety First
The property is equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors throughout for your peace of mind.
Playa Grande Living
This is a growing beach community, and like much of Costa Rica, you may occasionally experience brief power, water, or internet outages. We have backup water storage on-site to minimize disruptions. You may also hear light construction noise from neighboring properties during your stay.
Golf Cart Use
The six-passenger golf cart is yours to explore the village. Drivers must be 18 or older.
